BioSTAS Mushroom tour

Dear all,

We’re very glad to announce that our autumn adventure will take place again on Saturday 3^rd October 🍄

Guiding us will be @Kalle Ruokolainen and @Hanna Tuomisto, our very own mushroom experts 🔍

With their help, you’ll learn how to recognize edible mushrooms, explore the forest in a whole new way, and maybe even discover some hidden treasures under the leaves 🍂

In case of a lucky hunt, we will also have the opportunity to taste what we’ve found 😋

You’re very welcome to bring your own drinks. 

This event is free for everyone - family members, friends, kids, and even furry friends are welcome! 🎉

Last year it was a big success with great enthusiastic participation from many of you 😃

In order to allow everyone to talk to Kalle and Hanna and receive guidance in observing the mushrooms, we have arranged 2 groups with limited spots of 20 adults each: 

• 1^st group in the morning from 9am to 12am
• 2^nd group in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm 

📍 Meeting point: Moesgaard Museum bus stop at 9.00 (first group) or 14:00 (second group)🕑

🚴 You can cycle, or take bus 18 or 100 (details here: Opening hours and information - Moesgaard ) 

How to SIGN UP ✒️

Write an email to us at BioSTAS@bio.au.dk specifying: 

• which group you would like to join
• how many adults are attending (kids and furry friends are not required to sign up, they are always welcome to come along 😊)

‼️Deadline for sign up is Friday 25^th September ‼️

Other practicalities:

• Your sign up is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation from us.
• In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be moved to the following day – Sunday 4^th October
• If we receive more than 40 reservations, you will be notified about a waiting list.
• If we receive fewer reservations, only one group will be organised, for the time that is most popular. 

The structure of the groups will be unchanged. 

So if you signed up and you cannot make it, please let us know. Your spot will be very appreciated by your colleague 😉
