Aarhus Kunsthal & Buffet with BioSTAS

Dear all, 

Exciting stuff is happening at Aarhus Kunsthal right now: art and science united in mud 🎨🦠

We are delighted to invite you to our next small event happening on Thursday 12^th March 😊

We will visit the current exhibition Here’s… Mud In Your Eye by Rikke Luther at Aarhus Kunsthal (you can check it out on the museum’s website: https://www.kunsthalaarhus.dk/da/Exhibitions/Rikke-Luther-Heres-Mud-In-Your-Eye) and after we will enjoy a buffet with finger food and drinks at the museum’s café. 🥂

• We booked a guided tour in English for the art exhibition at 15.00.  
• This event is only for BioSTAS members and there are only 20 spots available
• We ask for a contribution fee of 50kr. per person
• Sign up: pay the fee of 50kr to the Mobilepay box 2770BH and send us an email specifying any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, gluten free or other allergies) you would like to be taken into account. 

Let’s meet at 14.30 at the entrance of building 1540 if you want to walk there all together, otherwise you can meet us directly at the museum.

Deadline for sign up is Thursday 5^th March at 12.00 

We apply the principle of first come, first served so be quick if you want to reserve your spot 😉

In case the number of people exceeds the 20 spots available, you will be put in a waiting list. We will send an email when we reached full capacity, so you can just email us if you want to be in the waiting list (without paying in advance). 

So please let us know if for any reason you are not able to join anymore, your spot will be given to your colleague. 

We know that this has been planned with short notice, but we hope that some of you are able to attend!
