Limited IT services 26 and 27 April – Service window 25/Q2 

Dear Aarhus University employee,  

During the weekend 26 and 27 April 2025, many of AU’s IT systems and other services will be unavailable due to planned maintenance work. We ask for your understanding that, due to this necessary maintenance work, some IT operations will be limited. For further info on the affected systems, see Serviceinfo.au.dk.

It will still be possible to carry our activities on campus that do not rely on AU IT systems and IT services.  

 Service window schedule:

•   From Saturday 26 April at 00.01 until Sunday 27 April at 23.59, AU IT and AU Finance and Estates Projects and Development will carry out maintenance work.  
• A detailed plan of the maintenance work will be available the day before at serviceinfo.au.dk 

 Upcoming service windows:

•   Next service window: 13 - 14 September 2025  
•  Service windows scheduled between 2025 and 2030: Serviceinfo.au.dk, under “Service windows”
