Limited IT services 16 and 17 November – Service window 24/Q4 

Dear Aarhus University employee,  

During the weekend 16 and 17 November 2024, many of AU’s IT systems and other services will be unavailable due to planned maintenance work. We ask for your understanding that, due to this necessary maintenance work, some IT operations will be limited.

It will still be possible to carry our activities on campus that do not rely on AU IT systems and IT services.  

Service window schedule:  

• From Saturday 16 November at 00.01 until Sunday 17 November at 23.59, AU IT and AU Finance and Estates Projects and Development will carry out maintenance work.  

• A detailed plan of the maintenance work will be available the day before at serviceinfo.au.dk 

 Upcoming service windows:  

• Next service window: 1 and 2 February 2024  

•  Service windows scheduled between 2024 and 2029: Serviceinfo.au.dk under “Service windows”
