Limited IT services 14 and 15 September

Dear Aarhus University employee,  

During the weekend 14 and 15 September 2024, many of AU’s IT systems and other services will be unavailable due to planned maintenance work. We ask for your understanding that, due to this necessary maintenance work, some IT operations will be limited.  

It will still be possible to carry our activities on campus that do not rely on AU IT systems and IT services.  

 Service window schedule:  

• From Saturday 14 September at 00.01 until Sunday 15 September at 23.59, AU IT and AU Finance and AU Estates Projects and Development will carry out maintenance work.  

• A detailed plan of the maintenance work will be available the day before at serviceinfo.au.dk 

Upcoming service windows:  

• Next service window: 16 - 17 November 2024  

•  Service windows scheduled between 2024 and 2029: Serviceinfo.au.dk, under “Service windows”
