Year-end Deadlines

Dear all

The year-end closing is approaching, and there are a few important deadlines we kindly ask you to observe and communicate to the relevant parties at your department.

You will find the relevant deadlines in the attached file.

Please note:

• Orders placed on 22 December 2025 will be approved in SDI on 23 December. No orders will be approved in SDI between Christmas and New Year.
• Expenses and travel reimbursements incurred in 2025 must be entered in the 2025 fiscal year. Expenses and travel reimbursements incurred in 2026 will be entered in the 2026 fiscal year.

Nat-Tech Finance will not be available between Christmas and New Year.
