<p>1. Election of chair of the meeting<br> 2. Election of minute taker<br> 3. Election of vote takers<br> 4. Report from the board<br> 5. Presentation and approval of the revised financial statement<br> 6. Consideration of submitted proposals<br> 7. Presentation of budget and determination of the monthly membership fee for the coming year<br> 8. Election of 4-9 board members<br> 9. Election of substitutes, a minimum of two and a maximum equal to the number of elected board members<br> 10. Election of an auditor and an alternate auditor<br> 11. Any other business</p>
<p>You are very welcome to write to us, in order to submit proposals and requests both to the <em>Articles of Association</em> (the file is here attached in .pdf) and to the association itself 😊</p>
<p>All proposals and requests will be presented at the General Assembly under point 6. of our agenda.</p>
<p>Here’s also attached the <em>Budget 2025</em> approved by our revisor. We will also present it to the assembly next week.</p>
<p>Coffee and cakes (also vegan) will be there to delight us! 🍰</p>
